Please have the following information readily available when you contact us in order to better assist you:
- Your WU email address
- If your email address is anything other than @westcliff.edu, then it is not an IT help desk supported email account.
- If you cannot access your WU email address, please provide your WU student ID.
- IT Support staff will never ask for your password.
- The exact error message you are getting.
- Provide screenshots of the error message when possible.
