Frequently Asked Questions

General

A processor declined error means your bank or card company has declined the payment. If possible, try submitting payment with an alternative card or contact your bank/card company for details.
No. However, you can sign up for a free education account of Microsoft Office 365 using your WU email. This gives you access to the web version of Office apps like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and OneNote. Sign up for Office 365 using the following link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/education/products/office

GAP / Course Pages

You can resubmit your Professional and Comprehensive Learning assignments up to 3 times before the due date. After you have used your 3 submissions, contact your professor for more information.
DQs cannot be opened beyond the 3-day late submission grade period, the only exception being if a student was added late to the course. The professor can accept late PA and CLA assignments and submit them on behalf of the student. Please contact your professor immediately for more information.
Once you have completed your quiz/exam, you can only see the score when the quiz/exam is closed. In case you want to review the quiz/exam, please make an appointment with your professor via Zoom or in person and they will review the material with you.
If the file is too large to upload on GAP, you can upload it on Google Drive and submit the link to the file on GAP. Make sure you have enabled sharing permissions to allow your professor to access and grade your assignment.
Please use the pop-up window on the right side of the syllabus. You should be able to find the download button from there.
GAP will log the user out if the user does not interact with the website for an extended period of time, typically after 2 hours of inactivity. If you experience GAP session timeouts earlier than 2 hours, please clear cache and cookies on your browser.
1. Locate the image button on the DQ response menu bar. 2. Click the "Browse repositories..." button. 3. Click the "Choose File" button and select the image you wish to upload, then click "Upload this file" 4. Check the "Auto size" option and add a description of the image, then click "Save this image."
Course materials are only available to enrolled students and faculty. Please make sure you're signed in to your WU email before accessing WU documents.
1. Try clearing cache and cookies on your internet browser and try loading the GAP page again. 2. Try a different browser or a private window (Incognito mode) 3. GAP may be temporarily unavailable due to periods of high demand, please wait 30 minutes before trying to access the page again.
Please take a screenshot of the issue and contact your professor via email immediately for further information.
Under each DQ forum, there is a "View Grades" section. Please go there to check the feedback/comments from your professor. For PAs/CLAs, click on your assignment submission. You will be taken to the TurnItIn submission of your assignment which will include your professor's feedback and comments in the section marked by the speech bubble icon.

Zoom

On the Zoom login page, choose the option to “Sign in with Google” and login using your WU email account.
Please try joining the Zoom meeting by manually entering the meeting ID and Passcode on Zoom while logged in to your WU account.
