On Campus Technical Support
IT On Campus support Location and Hours
We expect high demand for technical support services during the beginning of session. Please be patient as there may be delays in fulfilling your request. Support for student-facing staff, instruction, and research will be prioritized.
Starting January 05, 2024, drop-in support will be available from Monday through Sunday, for faculty, staff and students at the IT suite on Westcliff campus, visit us at Tech Suite located at the back entrance of the University, across from the Student Center from 8:00 a.m. to 7 p.m., Monday through Friday, Sat/ Sun 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. technical support remotely (except university holidays).
